Major Jennifer Love joined the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in 1999 after three years with the Florida Highway Patrol. During her tenure with the sheriff’s office she has served as a patrol deputy, school resource deputy, DUI unit deputy, Major Accident Investigation Team member, field training officer, Sexual Predator and Offender Tracking Sergeant, Human Resources Sergeant, Patrol Sergeant, Field Training Unit Coordinator, Administration Investigation Sergeant and Lieutenant, Patrol Support Services Lieutenant and Special Operations Division Commander. Major Love earned her bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and is a Certified Public Manager.

Major Love commands the Support Services Bureau, where she oversees the Fleet Operations Division, Forensic Science Division, Purchasing Division, AFIS Division, Records Division, Training Division, Property and Evidence Division and the Communications Division.
