Captain Amy Moyer has been with the sheriff’s office since 1999 and serves as the commander of the Custody Management Division. The Custody Management Division contains the Classification Section, Inmate Records Section, and the Detention Investigation Unit and is responsible for all inmate movement throughout the jail facility.
