Captain Jennifer Nobles has been with the sheriff’s office since 1999 and serves as commander of North Division. North Division maintains care, custody, and control of both male and female inmates with medical and psychiatric needs. The division contains housing for minimum and medium security inmates who are either sentenced to one year or less in the Pinellas County Jail or are still awaiting trial. The division operates a kitchen facility that provides meals to the Central Division and North Division inmate populations and a laundry facility that supports the entire jail campus.
