PINELLAS COUNTY – The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing members who have successfully completed Spanish for Law Enforcement Levels I and II.

A total of thirteen members from Patrol Operations, Department of Detention and Corrections, Communications Center, and the Training Division. Four members will be recognized for graduating from Spanish Level II, and nine members will receive certificates of completion for Spanish Level I.

The graduation will be held at the Sheriff’s Administration Building located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023.

This graduation will highlight the Sheriff’s Office continuing commitment to the program that has been tailored to the specific needs of Law Enforcement and was designed in an effort to serve the Spanish-speaking community of Pinellas County better.

The Sheriff’s Office plans to continue the program with Spanish Level I, Spanish Level II, and Spanish Level III maintenance courses offered.
