PINELLAS COUNTY – Sheriff Bob Gualtieri has assigned Deputy Felisha Barnes to the Public Information Office as a PIO, effective Sunday, January 16, 2022.

Deputy Barnes joined the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in 2012. Prior to assuming her duties as PIO, Deputy Barnes was assigned to the Patrol Operations Bureau serving under the Youth Services Education Division. In addition, Deputy Barnes has previously been assigned to the Human Resources Bureau and the Investigative Operations Bureau. Deputy Barnes has a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Criminology and Management from the University of South Florida.
