David Earl Stuhr has been located.

Stuhr was located by the Bradenton Police at a convenience store parking lot in Bradenton.

Stuhr has been reunited with his family and is safe.

What:
A Silver Alert has been issued for 83-year-old David Earl Stuhr of Clearwater. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.

When:
His vehicle was last seen driving southbound on Long Boat Key in Sarasota at about 10:16 a.m., on Saturday, June 20, 2020.

Where:
Stuhr last spoke to his wife by phone from his residence located at 2426 Persian Drive, in Clearwater at about 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020.

Why/How:
Deputies have issued a Silver Alert for 83-year-old David Earl Stuhr of Clearwater.

Deputies say on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at about 5:30 a.m., Stuhr left his residence, located at 2426 Persian Drive in Clearwater, in a silver 2020 Nissan Rogue FL tag#CNBN72.

According to deputies, Stuhr’s destination was Mease Dunedin Hospital, located 601 Main Street in Dunedin, but he never arrived.

Deputies were able to determine Stuhr’s vehicle was last observed driving southbound on Long Boat Key in Sarasota at around 10:16 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020.  

Stuhr is described as a white male, approximately 5’08” tall, 175 lbs., with grey hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan shirt and tan pants.

Stuhr suffers from memory issues and does not have a cellphone.

Stuhr has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing endangered adult. A Silver Alert has been issued.

Anyone with information on Stuhr’s whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.
