What:
Detectives assigned to the Burglary/Pawn Unit have arrested three grand theft shoplifting suspects who stole from a St. Petersburg Walmart store. 

When: 
The theft occurred on Monday, April 27, 2015 between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. The suspects were charged on Tuesday, June 9, 2015.

Where:
The theft occurred at the Walmart store located at 10237 Bay Pines Blvd. in St. Petersburg.

How/Why:
Detectives assigned to the Burglary/Pawn Unit have arrested three grand theft shoplifting suspects who stole from a local Walmart store.

According to detectives, the two suspects entered the Walmart store located at 10237 Bay Pines Blvd. in St. Petersburg, on Monday, April 27, 2015 between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. Once inside the store, the two suspects were observed loading a 60” television onto a cart and then proceed to exit the store. Outside, the two suspects are met by the driver of what appeared to be a blue 4-door Acura. The suspects placed the television into the backseat of the vehicle and drove away with the back door open.

Through various investigative techniques, the suspects were identified as 28-year-old Tamara Lynn Eastburn, 35-year-old William Thomas Scott and 33-year-old Michael C. Scott.

Detectives met with the three suspects at the Pinellas County Jail where they were currently being held on unrelated charges. During the interviews, the three suspects admitted to the allegations.

Eastburn, Scott and Scott were all charged with one count of Felony Retail Theft and remain in the Pinellas County Jail.

The investigation continues.
