Deputies observed Annas driving wrong way on US Highway 19 N at 6:11 am on Tuesday April 7, 2015. 

Where:
Annas was driving eastbound on Republic Drive when he turned northbound onto US Highway 19 into the southbound lane. 

Why/How:
On Tuesday April 7, 2015 deputies observed a black Mazda 3 driving eastbound on Republic Drive. The vehicle then turned northbound onto US Highway 19 into the southbound lane. Upon making contact with the driver he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The driver was identified as Zachary Che Annas. He was arrested without incident for Driving Under the Influence.
