Detectives assigned to the Arson/Auto Theft Unit are investigating a fire of a mobile home. One injury was reported. The fire does not appear to be suspicious in nature.

The fire occurred at about 2:23 a.m. on January 30, 2015.

The fire occurred at 3663 58th Avenue North, Lot 416 at the Highland Mobile Home Park in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

According to investigators, the residents, 50 year old Laura Duncan and her boyfriend 50 year-old James Rauch were awoken to the fire. The two exited the mobile home.
