Attempt To Identify - Credit Card Fraud

What:
Detectives assigned to the Economic Crimes Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating three credit card fraud suspects from North Pinellas County.  

When:
The theft occurred on or around October 23, 2014. The suspects used the victim’s credit card between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 3:10 p.m.

Where:
The theft occurred from a victim in the North Pinellas area. The suspects then used the victim’s credit card information during various transactions at multiple locations to include:

Walmart – 23106 US Highway 19 North in Clearwater
Break Time – 23977 US Highway 19 North in Clearwater
Len’s Shell – 24086 US Highway 19 North in Clearwater
Shell Gas Station – 2198 Main Street in Dunedin
Galiant Invest. – 32505 US Highway 19 North in Palm Harbor
Hess – 2485 Nebraska Avenue in Palm Harbor
Circle K – 35319 US Highway 19 North in Palm Harbor
Walmart – 35404 US Highway 19 North in Palm Harbor

Why/How:
Pinellas County detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating three credit card fraud suspects from North Pinellas County.

According to detectives, the suspects obtained the credit card information of the victim on or around Thursday, October 23, 2014. The suspects then used the victim’s credit card number to make purchases at eight different locations within the Clearwater and Palm Harbor area. The purchases were made on October 23, 2013 between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 3:10 p.m.

Suspect #1 is described as a Hispanic male, between 25 and 30 years old, 5’08” to 5’10” tall 150 to 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt with a logo on the left side of the chest, dark pants, black shoes, a brown baseball type hat and a brown banded watch on his right arm.

Suspect #2 is described as a Hispanic male, between 25 and 30 years old, 5’08” to 5’10” tall, 150 to 175 pounds with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing, sunglasses on his head, a red Aeropostale t-shirt and jeans.

Suspect#3 is described as a Hispanic or White female, between 20 and 30 years old, 5”06’ to 5’08” tall, 150 pounds, with long straight black hair. She was last seen wearing a red shirt with a black sweater, black pants and black rimmed glasses. The female suspect had a small child with her.

The suspects have been observed driving a silver or grey colored van.

The investigation continues.
