What: 
Deputies have released the results of the overnight countywide DUI Wolfpack.

When: 
Pinellas County deputies along with various local law enforcement agencies conducted the county-wide DUI Wolfpack from 7 p.m., Friday, December 21, 2018, and continue until 5 a.m., Saturday December 22, 2018. 

Where: 
The DUI Wolfpack was conducted throughout Pinellas County.

Why/How: 
In an effort to reduce DUI related injuries and deaths, Pinellas County deputies in conjunction with St. Petersburg Police Department, Gulfport Police Department, Kenneth City Police Department, Clearwater Police Department, Pinellas Park Police Department and Largo Police Department conducted a DUI Wolfpack operation in Pinellas County.

The operation was part of the Sheriff's Office on-going commitment to reduce deaths, injuries, and property damage associated with traffic crashes related to impaired driving. The goal of a Wolf Pack is to educate drivers and create public awareness about the dangers of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and any chemical or controlled substances.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office will be conducting DUI Wolf Packs continuously throughout the year.

What:
In an effort to reduce DUI related injuries and deaths, deputies will conduct a Wolf Pack operation in Pinellas County over the Holiday weekend.

When:
The operation will begin at 7 p.m., Friday, December 21, 2018, and continue until 5 a.m., Saturday December 22, 2018. 

Where:
Deputies and other law enforcement officers will monitor traffic throughout Pinellas County.

Why/How:
Pinellas County deputies, in conjunction with the St. Petersburg Police Department, Gulfport Police Department, Kenneth City Police Department, Clearwater Police Department, Pinellas Park Police Department and Largo Police Department will conduct a DUI Wolf Pack operation. They will maintain a proactive profile over the Holiday weekend on the highly-traveled roadways of Pinellas County.

The operation will begin at 7 p.m., Friday, December 21, 2018, and continue until 5 .a.m., Saturday, December 22, 2018. 

The operation is part of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s on-going commitment to reduce deaths, injuries and property damage associated with traffic crashes related to impaired driving. The goal of the Wolf Pack is to educate people and create public awareness about the dangers of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and any chemical or controlled substances.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.), the Suncoast Safety Council, and the Chaplains’ Outreach Ministries will be supporting law enforcement during the operation.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting Wolf Packs continuously throughout the year.
