Arrested for Three Counts Of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation

The three victims are females who were known to the suspect. Per Fl. Statute, 119.071(2)(h)1 no further information will be released that would tend to identify the victims.

What:
Detectives have arrested Donald Emerson for Three Counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation.

When:
Arrested on December 16, 2014.  

Where:
Emerson was arrested at his home at 4051 Eagle Cove E. Drive, Palm Harbor.  

Why/How:
Detectives began their investigation on December 14^th after it was disclosed Emerson touched the victims inappropriately. They arrested Donald Keith Emerson for Three Counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation on December 16, 2014.

Detectives made contact with the victims who stated Emerson had molested them while at a private residence in Palm Harbor.  Two of the victims are currently under the age of twelve and the third victim was under the age of twelve when the incident occurred several years ago. All of the incidents occurred at a private residence in Palm Harbor.
