Civil Court Service  --  Civil Court Information Web Access
This is a service we provide allowing the approved user the ability to view their Return of Service using our Civil Program. This service is limited to enforceable civil process and governmental civil process. Should you be a frequent user of our services and would like to access our Civil Program to review your attempts or returns of service online, please click Continue , complete the form provided and submit. You should be notified within 7 to 10 days as to the status of your request.
Civil Court Service:
Florida State Statute requires the Sheriff’s Office to serve all enforceable civil process. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office will serve the following process:
      • State Witness Subpoenas – Issued by the State Attorney’s Office or Public defender’s office
      • Writ of Garnishment/Government entity only
      • Writ of Replevin
      • Writ of Possession
      • Levy / Judgments
      • Child Custody Pick-Up orders
      • Denied Injunctions for protection against repeat violence
      • Ex-Parte Baker Act & Marchman Orders issued by the Court
      • Any other process issued by a government entity
If you are a private citizen or an attorney and are in need of having a non-enforceable civil summons/subpoena served you will need to contact a Private Process Server. To obtain a list of Private Process Servers, Click Here .
