What:
Deputies and local police agencies conduct traffic initiative in an effort to reduce the number of motorcyclists and motorists operating motor vehicles recklessly in Pinellas County.

When:
The operation began at 5 p.m. on May 1, 2019, and continued until 3:00 a.m. on May 2, 2019.

Where:
The initiative was conducted in central and north Pinellas County. 

Why/How:
Pinellas County deputies in conjunction with the Florida Highway Patrol, the Clearwater Police Department, and the Tarpon Springs Police Department conducted a motorcycle enforcement traffic initiative.

The initiative began at 5 p.m. on May 1, 2019, and continued until 3:00 a.m. on May 2, 2019.

The goal of the initiative was to observe and apprehend anyone operating a motor vehicle aggressively or in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of others.
