Safe Harbor

**Updated: 2/27/16**

The Third Annual “Take a Bite Out of Grime!” event held today, February 27, 2016, was a success with 105 Pinellas Safe Harbor residents participating in this event. We had nine preselected locations for this cleanup. Our groups were very efficient in working together. Two additional areas were included in this cleanup; the area behind the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, 4011 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater and the Country Skillet, 2839 Roosevelt Boulevard, Largo.

All trash collected was removed from its discarded location and deposited into proper receptacles.

The event concluded with the collection of over 14,000 lbs’ of trash from the Pinellas Safe Harbor and Highpoint Areas.

Thanks to the residents of Pinellas Safe Harbor, our community partners, and the hard working members of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office this event was a complete success.
