What:
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit Detectives have conducted a round-up arresting numerous subjects on drug charges.

Where:
The investigations focused in the Lealman area between 70^th Avenue North and 38^th Avenue North along 34^th Street North.

When:
The investigation began in December 1, 2014 and ran through Friday May 1, 2015.

How/Why:
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office had received numerous complaints regarding drug activity in the Lealman area between 70^th Avenue North and 38^th Avenue North along 34^th Street North. On December 1, 2014, an investigation was initiated which focused on the street level narcotic dealers. Narcotics Detectives identified possible suspects and conducted undercover hand to hand drug deals throughout the operation.

The operation concluded on May 1, 2015 and on May 7, 2015 detectives and patrol deputies conducted a round up making several arrests.  

The investigation continues.
