What:
Detectives assigned to the Economic Crimes Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a credit card fraud suspect from North Pinellas County. 

When:
The theft occurred on or around December 23, 2014. The suspect used the victim’s credit card information at approximately 12:25 p.m. 

Where:
The theft occurred from a victim in the Pasco County area. The suspect then used the victim’s credit card information during a transaction at the Walmart store located at 3807 Tampa Road in Oldsmar.

Why/How:
Pinellas County detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a credit card fraud suspect from North Pinellas County.

According to detectives, the suspect obtained the credit card information of the victim on or around Tuesday, December 23, 2014. The suspect then used the victim’s credit card number to make a purchase at a Walmart store located at 3807 Tampa Road in Oldsmar at approximately 12:25 p.m.

After making his purchase, the suspect was met by a female near the exit door and both were seen entering a vehicle together.

The suspect is described as a male, tall, clean shaven with black curly hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeved brown shirt, faded jeans and brown work boots.

The female was seen with brown hair, pulled back into a pony tail, wearing a sleeveless black long dress with thin green lines carrying a light colored purse with a brown strap.

They were seen entering what appears to be a 2007-2009 Kia Rondo 4 door with a Florida tag.
