Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

What:
Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri and the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners are hosting an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Sheriff’s Administration Building and Public Safety Complex.
 
When:
The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
 
Where:
The Sheriff’s Administration Building and Public Safety Complex is located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo.

Why/How:
Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri and the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners will welcome municipal officials and community members to officially celebrate the opening of the new Sheriff’s Administration Building and Public Safety Complex.

The event will take place at the new facility located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo.

The open house begins at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 with a ribbon cutting ceremony, presentations and refreshments. Group tours of the new facility will be provided following the ceremony.

The facility brings together several public safety operations under one roof including the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, the consolidated Regional 9-1-1 Center and Emergency Operations Center.

The new facility, which features state-of-the-art resources and the newly consolidated services, provides greater county government efficiencies for the citizens of Pinellas County.
