13-202 Three People Stabbed; Detectives Continue Investigation

Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are investigating incidents in which three people were stabbed. All three were transported to a local  hospital for treatment, two  of them with life-threatening injuries. Deputies say the incidents are connected.

Deputies initially responded to the call at about 11:18 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, 2013.

Deputies responded to two locations in Largo.

Deputies assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit continue to investigate incidents in which three people were stabbed.

Deputies responded to 6463 146th Avenue in unincorporated Largo, where an injured male, 28-year-old Jeffrey Laforge; and an injured female, 30-year-old Amy L. Wilson were located. The two had been stabbed. Laforge was transported by air to Bayfront Medical Center for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Wilson was transported by ambulance to Bayfront Medical Center for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

Deputies also responded to 6262 142nd Avenue, where a third person, 23-year-old Andrew Fronczak was located. He had also been stabbed. Fronczak was transported by ambulance to Bayfront Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives say the stabbing incidents are connected and are not random acts as the individuals involved are known to each other. At this time they are not seeking any other parties involved.

The investigation continues.
