What:  Pinellas County deputies reponded to the 24 Carat Gentlemen’s Club this morning at 3:00 a.m. to investigate a shooting in the parking lot.

Where:  24 Carat Gentlemen’s Club
16717 US Hwy 19 Clearwater, FL.

When:  Friday, April 20, 2012 at 3:00 a.m.


Deputies responded to the 24 Carat Gentlemen’s Club this morning to investigate a shooting.

As the nightclub was closing, a group of individuals began physically fighting.

At approximately 3:00 a.m. deputies responded to a “Shots Fired” call at the club. 

During the investigation it was discovered that victim Donavan Sermons was transported by friends to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.

The injuries are non-life threatening at this time.
