The victim is a female under age 12 who is known to the suspect. Per FL Statute 119.071(2)(h)1 no further information will be released that would tend to identify the victim.

What:
Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested a man for Sexual Battery on a Child Under 12.

When:
The suspect was arrested on Thursday, October 31, 2013.

The crime occurred between the months of April and June of 2012.

Where:
The crime occurred at a private residence in Palm Harbor.

Why/How:
Pinellas County Detectives have arrested a Holiday man for Sexual Battery on a Child Under 12. Detectives began their investigation on September 11, 2013, when the victim child disclosed to her mother that the suspect molested her in 2012.

Detectives continued their investigation through October of 2013 and determined the suspect molested the victim on multiple occasions between the months of April and June in 2012.

Detectives made contact with the suspect, who has been identified as 51-year-old Richard Noh, on Thursday, October 31, 2013. Noh admitted to the allegations but denied that it occurred on more than one occasion. Noh was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident.

The investigation continues.
