The burglaries occurred  in the Spanish Oaks neighborhood in Palm Harbor.

According to detectives, on Thursday, September 19, 2013 a Pinellas County K-9 Deputy was on routine patrol in the area of the Spanish Oaks neighborhood in Palm Harbor. The deputy observed two juvenile males and an adult male walking out of the neighborhood. The deputy approached the three males and observed one suspect carrying a backpack.
