The victims are a 15-year-old female and an 18-year-old female (the crime occurred when she was a minor) who are known to the suspect. Per FL Statute 119.071(2)(h)1 no further information will be released that would tend to identify the victims.

Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested a man for of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on two minor females.

The suspect was arrested on Tuesday, July 23, 2013.

The crime occurred at a private residence in unincorporated St. Petersburg.

Pinellas County Detectives have arrested a St. Petersburg man for two counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation.

Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit began to investigate the suspect after the victims disclosed that he had been touching them in a sexual manner since they were 13-years-old.

According to detectives, the suspect identified as 58-year-old Vanchai Ki Techo, inappropriately touched both victims multiple times and would pay them money for letting him do so.

On July 23, 2013 Techo was interviewed by detectives and denied the allegations. Techo was arrested for Lewd and Lascivious Molestation and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident.

The investigation continues.
