The victim is a 15-year-old female who is known to the suspect. Per Florida Statute 119.071(2)(h)1 no further information will be released that would tend to identify the victim.

What:
Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested a Brandon man after he engaged the 15-year-old victim in sexual activity.

When: 
The suspect was arrested the morning of Sunday, July 7, 2013.

Where:
The suspect was arrested in a park in Oldsmar.

Why/How:
According to detectives, patrol deputies were on routine patrol in a park in Oldsmar shortly after midnight on Sunday, July 7, 2013 when they observed a car in the back parking lot.  Upon approaching the vehicle, deputies determined the suspect, 30- year-old Taurean Roberto Graham, had been engaging in sexual activity with the female victim.

Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit interviewed Graham, who admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim.

Graham was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident.

Graham is charged with Lewd and Lascivious Battery.

The investigation continues.
