Deputies have advised that Mr. Lyle Dokken was located in Dunedin. He has returned to the ALF and is safe and unhurt.

Mr. Dokken is a white male, about 6’01” tall, thin, about 170lbs, grey-brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes.

What:
Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating an elderly man who drove away from an assisted living facility at approximately 7:00 a.m.

Where:
The ALF is located at 2690 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor (Harbor Chase Assisted Living Facility).

When:

The missing man is believed to have left the ALF at about 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2013.

How/Why:
Deputies were called to the Harbor Chase Assisted Living Facility on April 29, 2013. The complainant advised that 68-year-old Lyle Dokken was missing and had not been seen since about 7:00 a.m.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Mr. Dokken. He is listed as missing and endangered due to his having dementia.

Mr. Dokken is a white male, about 6’01” tall, thin, about 170lbs, grey-brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes.

Deputies are asking that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Dokken please contact their local law enforcement.
