13-016 Roommate Arrested In Stabbing Case

Pinellas Sheriff’s Robbery Homicide Detectives have arrested and charged a Lealman area man for stabbing his roommate during an argument.

What: Detectives learned the two had been having an argument over a radio station, when the verbal dispute became violent. Brown reportedly stabbed Shedrack at least 10 times. According to detectives, alcohol is a factor in this case.

Where: The stabbing occurred outside the mobile home that Brown and Shedrack shared at the Palace Mobile Home Park.

 When: The stabbing occurred just after 8:00 p.m., Wednesday night, January 16, 2013.


Detectives say that during an interview, Brown admitted that he had attacked and stabbed Shedrack.

 No one else was hurt. No one else is being sought in the incident.

 The investigation continues.
