What:  Detectives from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Burglary and Pawn Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a subject caught on video surveillance stealing catalytic converters from a local auto dealership.

When:  Similar thefts have occurred at various dealerships between 9/26/12-10/5/12.

How/Why:  

Detectives from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Burglary and Pawn Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a subject caught on video surveillance stealing catalytic converters from a local auto dealership.

Between 9/26/12 and 10/5/12 two Largo auto dealerships have been the victim of thieves stealing catalytic converters from vehicles in the dealer’s lots.

The suspect(s) has been breaking into the businesses in the evening or early morning hours.
