Victim: The victim is a female under 16.  Per Florida State Statute 119.071(2)(h)2, no further information will be released that would tend to identify the victim.

What:  While at Coopers Bayou Park in Safety Harbor, suspect Michael Still inappropriately touched a female victim under the age of 16.

When:  The incident occurred on 5/28/12.


On 5/28/12 while at Coopers Bayou Park in Safety Harbor, suspect Michael Still inappropriately touched a victim under the age of 16.

Along with other acquaintances, Still and the underage victim went to the park on Memorial Day.  Sometime during the day while alone in Still’s vehicle, Still inappropriately touched the victim’s breasts.

It was later discovered Still had provided the underage victim with alcohol throughout the day.

When interviewed by detectives, Still admitted to the listed allegations.

During the course of the investigation, Detectives were told that Still has associated with other underage females. It was reported that those associations may also have been of a lascivious nature. Detectives are asking anyone with information about this matter to contact Detective Mark Kolenda with the Crimes Against Children’s Unit at 582-6200.  Or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS.
