12-176 Deputies to Conduct DUI “Wolf Pack” Operation In Pinellas County This Weekend

What:  In an effort to reduce DUI related injuries, deputies will conduct a Wolf Pack operation throughout Pinellas County this weekend.

Where:  This operation will be countywide.

When:  The operation will take place beginning at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 20th through 5:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21st, 2012.


Pinellas County Deputies will conduct a DUI Wolf Pack operation on Friday night, July 20th, through early Saturday morning in an effort to reduce DUI related injuries and educate the public about the dangers of drinking and driving.

Wolf Pack patrols will be once a month, on nights separate from the monthly DUI Checkpoints.

The goal of the Wolf Pack is to target drivers under the influence of alcohol, aggressive driving and other traffic related violations.  Deputies will be conducting this operation throughout the county.
