Detectives assigned to the Burglary and Pawn Unit are investigating a burglary to multiple vending machines at Dunedin High School.

Where:
The crime occurred at Dunedin High School located at 1651 Pinehurst Road in Dunedin.

When:
Deputies responded at about 4:32 a.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012.

How/Why:
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate a burglary to multiple vending machines at Dunedin High School located at 1651 Pinehurst Road in Dunedin.

Deputies responded to Dunedin High School at about 4:32 this  morning after a school employee arrived on campus and discovered the break-in.

According to deputies, about 15 vending machines were broken into. Deputies say the damage is estimated to be at about $500 per machine plus cash taken.

Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office Burglary and Pawn Unit were called to investigate the case. The Crime Scene Unit was also on scene
