12-102 Deputies Request Public’s Assistance In Locating Man Missing From Pinellas Park Assisted Living Facility

What: Deputies are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing 68 year-old man who wandered away from the Nurses Helping Hands Assisted Living Facililty.

Where: The man was last seen at the ALF located at 7181 71st Street North in Pinellas Park.

When: The man wandered away from the ALF on Thursday, May 3, 2012.

How/Why:
According to investigators, Albert Dotris Lee was last seen at the facility at about 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 3rd, 2012.

Staff at the facility called to report him missing. Deputies responded. Staff members told deputies that there was no history of Mr. Lee Wandering off in the past.

According to deputies, Mr. Lee was recently diagnosed with dementia; and may not have the necessary medications with him to treat other health related conditions.

Mr. Lee has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing person.

Mr. Lee is 68 years of age and was last seen wearing black pants and a gray polo shirt with a gray jacket. A photo is attached.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Lee is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 727-582-6200 or their local law enforcement.
