What: On Wednesday, Ocotber 14, 2009, Pinellas County Sheriff Jim Coats will host a Promotions Presentation where 16 members will receive their badges. The promotion group consists of six Sergeants, five Lieutenants and five Captains. Family and colleagues of the promoted members are invited to attend the ceremony.
This promotions group represents well over 300 years of experience with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Where: The ceremony will be held at the Sheriff's CPID Training Room at the Honeywell Complex located at 6451 126th Avenue Suite 100 in Largo.
When: The Promotions Presentation is schedueld for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2009.
How/Why: Pinellas County Sheriff Jim Coats announces the promotion of 16 members.
The promotions are effective Sunday, October 18, 2009.
