Deputies have arrested a Palm Harbor man for two-counts of lewd and lascivious battery committed on two 14 year old girls. The crime occurred at the suspect's home located at 205 Talley Drive in Palm Harbor on April 3, 2009. 

According to detectives, on April 2, 2009, the suspect met with the victims with the intent of buying them alcohol. After several hours of drinking and going to various homes of friends of the victims, the suspect brought the girls back to his home where the drinking continued. The suspect then engaged the two victims simultaneously in sexual activity.

On April 4, 2009 an adult friend of one of the victims who had become aware of what had occurred, contacted the Sheriff's Office. Detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit began their investigation.

As a result of the investigation, at about noon on August 20, 2009 detectives conducted surveillance on the suspect,executed a probable cause traffic stop at a parking lot located at 3128 Tampa Road and arrested the suspect.  

The suspect identified as 23-year-old Christopher Moore was arrested for two-counts lewd and lascivious battery. 

The victims are two girls. Both were 14-years-old at the time the crime was committed. They are acquainted with the suspect. No further information that would tend to identify the victims will be released per Florida Statute 119.071(2)(h)1.
