PETERSBURG, FL Synopsis:  The victim was found shot to death in a wooded area.  The victim was last seen leaving Smitty's Pub at 66th Street and 70th Avenue North in Pinellas Park at approximately 0100 hours.  There are no supsects.  Robbery appears to the motive.
