PETERSBURG, FL Synopsis:  Lank was found murdered at approximately 7:10 AM on the morning of October 4, 2002.  Her body was found along Joe's Creek.  She was last seen alive between the hours of 3:30 AM and 4:00 AM on October 4, 2002 in the vicinity of the Executive Motor Lodge located at 3080 34th St. N in St. Petersburg, FL.
