Name:  ROBERT DAVID HELPHREY - AGE 34 Case #:  06-141210 Date Missing:   5/22/2006 Location Last Seen:   3117 US HWY 19, APT. 512 PALM HARBOR, FL Synopsis:  The victim was last seen leaving Peggy O'Neill's Bar in Palm Harbor and was enroute to his residence, which was nearby, to meet a subject by the name of Zac Taylor.  Taylor advised that Helphrey never showed up and has not been seen or heard from since.  Helphrey was the Manager of a successful restaurant in Palm Harbor called the Thirsty Marlin.  Helphrey left behind his dog and his daughter.
