PETERSBURG - TRANSIENT Synopsis:  Nimbach has not been seen since February 17, 2009 in St. Petersburg.  Nimbach has attempted suicide in the past and is possibly suicidal.  Nimbach suffers from asthma and is known to abuse drugs according to her sister.  Nimbach has a tattoo on her lower back (tribal with flowers) and one on her left wrist (her initials "LN").
