2009 Thanksgiving Sports Camp

Registration Procedure

1) Complete the registration form online; click on "printable version" and print out registration form; sign where indicated (This step is required even if you have completed a membership application for your child for another PAL program).  Click here for the online registration form.

2) Attach a check or money order for $30.00* per child ($50 if signing up for aftercare)
    (Make check payable to Pinellas PAL)

3) Print out and carefully read the "Parent Information" by clicking
    here.

4) Registrations may be submitted in the following ways:

    By Mail:
                     Pinellas County PAL
                     Attn: Paul Hicks
                     10750 Ulmerton Rd
                     Largo, FL.  33778

   In Person:
                     Drop off application and check at the front desk of the
                     Sheriff's Office Administration Building located at the
                     above address (South side of Ulmerton near the Ulmerton/
                     Seminole Boulevard intersection).  Address the envelope to
                     "PAL, SAB 202"

Sheriff's Office Employees:
                     Drop off or interoffice mail to SAB 202

PLEASE NOTE: We expect these camps to fill up quickly.  Camp
openings will be awarded based on the order in which registration
materials are received (registration is not confirmed without
accompanying payment).  Any registration received after the camp
openings have been filled will be returned to the sender.
