Registration Procedure
1) Fill out online the "Online
Program Registration Form". Once this form is filled out
online, Click on the button "Printable Version". This will bring up
the form on your screen in a printable copy. Print this copy by
clicking on the printer button found toward the top-left corner of the
form. Sign where indicated.
(This step is required even if you have completed a registration form for your child for another PAL program)
2) Attach a check or money order (Make check payable to Pinellas PAL)
or complete the credit card information on the registration form
(we now accept VISA or MasterCard)
$550.00 per child for Tennis & Multi-Sport Camp($700.00 with
aftercare)
$600.00 per child for Golf Camp($750.00 with aftercare)
3) Carefully read the "Parent Information" by clicking
here. Click on
the "Printable Version" of this which is located at the very top of the
"Parent Information" webpage. Print
Out and Sign
where indicated. You and
your child are responsible for knowledge of this information.
4) Submit Registration Form and signed Parent Information Form.
Registrations may be submitted in the following ways:
By Mail:

In Person:
Drop off application and check at the front desk of the
Sheriff's Office Administration Building located at the
above address (South side of Ulmerton near the Ulmerton/
Seminole Boulevard intersection). Mark the envelope
"PAL SAB 201"
PLEASE NOTE: We expect these camps to fill up quickly. Camp
openings will be awarded based on the order in which registration
materials are received (registration is not confirmed without
accompanying payment). Any registration received after the camp
openings have been filled will be returned to the sender.
**** We understand that during a 10-week camp some campers may
miss several days or
weeks - because our costs are fixed the full
registration fee applies.
