The victim lost sight of the suspect momentarily, but then observed him standing next to his bicycle at the intersection of Alderman Road and Shoreline Drive. The suspect watched the victim as she jogged passed him. A few minutes later the suspect rode passed the victim very quickly, startling her, and then he rode out of site.

The victim told deputies that as she jogged passed a row of bushes on Alderman Road near Cinnamon Hill Boulevard; the suspect rode up behind her and pulled on her left side. The victim stated the suspect hit her from behind, reached around the front of her body, and grabbed breast. He held on to her for a few seconds, before losing his balance and falling off his bicycle.
