What:
Deputies are seeking the public's assistance to locate a missing and endangered Ozona man.

When:
The man was noticed missing at about 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2015.

Where:
The man was last seen at his home located at 15 Shore Drive in Ozona.

Why/How: 
According to deputies, 79-year-old Christopher A. Walters was at his home in Ozona with his wife. His wife awoke at about 3:00 p.m. from a nap and noticed he was gone.

She searched for him for a little over an hour and then contacted the Sheriff's Office to report him missing.

Mr. Walters left the home in his beige 2001 Kia Sephia and has not been seen since. His information has been entered into NCIC/FCIC.

A Silver Alert has been issued for him.  Deputies say Mr. Walters is believed to be endangered as he has dementia and does not have the medications he needs.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Walters is asked to contact their local law enforcement.
