Ms. Herron was located moments ago at the Circle K store at the corner of Ulmerton Road and Seminole Boulevard in Largo. A clerk at the store saw her in the parking lot and called police. Deputies responded and she is being reunited with her family.

What:
A Silver Alert has been issued for 80-year-old Vieva Jean Herron of Largo. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement immediately.

When:
Deputies say she was last seen at 9:00 p.m. on January 30. 2015.

Where:
She was last seen at the Winn Dixie located at Walsingham Road and Seminole Boulevard.

Why/How:
Deputies are requesting the public's help in locating an 80 year-old female identified as Vieva Jean Herron of Largo.

Deputies say her husband asked a neighbor to report her missing at about 10:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015. Through their search deputies have determined that Ms. Herron was last seen at about 9:00 p.m. on the evening of the 30th leaving the Winn Dixie located at the corner of Walsingham Road and Seminole Boulevard in Largo.

Ms. Herron is described as being  5'4" tall and  weighing 145 pounds. She has short white hair and blue eyes. She is driving her 2003 Ford Windstar van which is gold in color. The vehicle has Florida tag D916YK.

Vieva is considered endangered as she suffers from dementia and high blood pressure.  It is unclear if she is up to date with the medications she needs to treat her conditions.

Ms. Herron has been entered into NCIC/FCIC; and a Silver Alert has been issued. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement immediately.
